6 Steps To Finding Opportunities That Will Help You to Create Wealth

Developing the skills to constantly evaluate ideas, and cultivating a willingness to persist where others would have given up, are vital ingredients to finding opportunities to create wealth. Finding opportunities to that will help your turn your ideas into cash is not too difficult for the person who is prepared, but very difficult for the intellectually slothful, or the unprepared.

Here are six (6)things you can do to get yourself into the flow of knowledge and stream of opportunities that seem to appear in rapid succession for some people, but seem to hide from others. If you find that there are not too many opportunities around you for entrepreneurship and business creation, this article was written just for you. Here are six tips for finding opportunities to create wealth in any economy:

1. Prepare your mind for wealth and Success

It is highly unlikely that you will become successful at something that you either refuse to think about, or which you silently resent. Your mind will always work to give you that which it secretly desires or secretly fear. You have to clear your mind of what Joyce Meyer calls "stinking thinking". If your mind is constantly dwelling on negative things such as why "you cannot succeed in life", or hating someone who may have wronged you, it is very difficult to make measurable financial or professional progress. The truth is that this type of thinking is self-defeating and best, and totally debilitating at worst.

Your mind is powerful, but you need to know how it works so that you can control this power and make it work for your good instead of working against you. If you want to change your mind about something, you have to change what is in your sub-conscious mind. This is where you make life-changing decisions. The way to replace your negative thinking with prosperous thinking is to replace what is already in your sub-conscious mind with the new and more positive information.

Catherine Ponder wrote a terrific book titled the "Dynamic Laws of Prosperity" which speaks eloquently to this process. Get a copy of this and read it at least twice, to get a good idea of how this re-programming of your mind really works. Bob Proctor also has a book which addresses this process, titled; "You Were Born Rich. I highly recommend this as well.

2. Create a Definite Plan to For Complete Success

Once your mind is in an agreeable state, you are now ready to put it to good use, as your creator intended. A definite plan for personal prosperity should include written materials that you can read, listen to, or assimilate in more than one ways. If something is barely scribbled in your memory, it will not be impactful enough to impression on your sub-conscious mind to get you going in the right direction to fulfilling that plan; whatever it may be. It is easier to successfully reach your goals when you write them down, keep refining them, and become so familiar with them that you can wake up at 3:00 am with them fresh on your mind.

You cannot always see the entire path to complete prosperity or success, while you are standing at the starting line; but if you will start, the way will become clearer as you conquer the obstacles that present themselves. If you will not start your journey to wealth creation, how do you intend to attain your goals?

Dreaming and wishing will not get you to a point of financial success, but a purposeful plan will help you every time. Besides all of that, you have the power within you to create anything with your imagination, then watch your plans come to life as you relentlessly pursue them. I am convinced that your imagination is the most powerful of the six (6) major faculties of the human mind.

3. Do Not Reveal Your Wealth Creation Plans to Negative People

Many persons have no idea what to do with their thoughts and hence they end up meandering through life achieving nothing of worth. They have killed whatever ambition they might have had, and live very miserable lives seeking to lure in some other unfortunate soul. The last thing you will want to do with your plans for success and wealth, is to share them with these types of people. They will always seek to discourage you and give you one hundred (100) reasons why your plans will not work.

You will be able to identify negative people very quickly. They are the ones people usually avoid at the office because they are intellectually toxic. You can direct them to good resources as a way of helping them, but do not become too close to them when you are at a vulnerable stage of your own intellectual and entrepreneurial development. When you become solidly successful you can spend time with anyone on the planet, whether they be negatively or positively charged. However, if you are new to prosperity thinking, and are still trying to become financially independent, do not run this risk of being influenced by these people.

4. Ask Divine Wisdom for a Life-Changing Opportunity

This is honestly, the best part of this exercise. There is a very interesting scripture in the Bible where Jesus says "Ask and he shall receive". It is said that the great Albert Einstein had a mantra etched into his work table that said like this: "For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God". This is not an exact quote of his etching but it is an exact quote of the actual scripture which is found in (Rom. 8:19). You have a right to be here on earth, and you can ask Divine Intelligence for whatever you wish. Only be sure that you are not asking to receive what already belongs to someone else. Outside of that, you can ask for whatever you believe is good for you, with full expectation of receiving. Do not be fooled. Every person on earth is entitled to become as wealthy and as successful as they want to be.

Now, as you are have asked for wisdom in being able to see and understand opportunities, please begin to listen to that inner voice within you. Yes, it is the same voice that people often call a conscience or an intuition. This is how you get ideas. Good ideas do not just pop into your mind! If you have a working connection to God, and most of us do, you have this assurance. The whole earth groans, waiting for the manifestation or the appearance of the sons of God. That is talking about you! You were made to dominate the earth and everything in it.

Take your rightful place at the head of the table. Listen for that small voice within you, and most importantly, begin to obey that voice, because it is your good that is being made manifested, or revealed. So who are you asking for this idea or innovation? Some people refer to this source as divine intelligence, but I prefer to refer to this source as the Spirit of God. He knows all things!

5. Follow Through on The Instructions you receive

this is a most critical part of the whole process of finding opportunities to create wealth and to become more successful. It is also where many people fail. You must follow through on your instructions. Do not worry about whether your instructions or logical or not. Do not worry about what people will think about them, and most importantly, do not ask people for advice about your instructions. If you were a prophet and God sent you to warn a city, would you stop at each town and ask people what they thought about God's instructions? You most certainly would not!

Following through on your instructions means getting up and doing what you must do to get your plans into practical working order. As you go on, you will be able to refine your plans and do things more efficiently. But, please understand that divine intelligence (God) is never wrong. You can call it intuition if you want to, but this is how man was made to function on earth. This is the secret to man's ability to be so dominant and be creative. We have vast potential in our own minds that are unlimited because we are connected by spirit to God.

All of the sages through the ages have said this, and it actually works. This is not necromancy, nor is it manipulation. It is not divination, and it is not mind-control of another person. It is how God speaks to man and you will hear this, if you care to listen. My only reservation about this concept of man's inexplicable connection to divinity, is that many preachers seem to think that this is exclusive to them. It is not!

6. Keep Your Mind Ready for Divine Input At all Times

This, I suppose is the hardest part of the deal. It seems that many people get ahead of themselves once they start earning more money than they are used to. They become lazy and start taking it easy, thus providing opportunities for the worst of the human instincts to take a hold of their hearts and minds. Here is a perfect example. During bible days, King David was staying at home idle while his men were at war. Walking on his roof, he saw a beautiful woman bathing. It turns out that King David desired and then took this woman for his wife, orchestrating the death of the woman's husband in the process. He paid a huge price for his transgressions.

The point about keeping your mind ready for divine inspiration is not just that one has to become too busy with work to be bothered by the temptations that will inevitably come to all men, and women. We can always make time to do what we want. However, the vices that attempt to lure all human beings are not exclusive to one group of people. This means that any man or woman can fall prey to these insidious habits and practices at any time, and run the risks of losing it all. It will not take you long to find examples of this in our modern society.

What is more important is to rid ourselves of the innate desires for these vices and habits, so that they become alien to us, never entrapping us into poverty and despair. The benefit of doing this, is not only the reward of constant progressive ideas and snippets of Godly wisdom, which then create opportunities for the creation of wealth, but it makes for a happier and healthier life as well.

You will agree that many people have money, but that is all they have. The richness of peace of mind, good health, loving relationships, and a granite-like integrity constantly elude them because they have never cultivated a pure mind. Keeping a pure mind has more rewards than most people can ever exhaust in one lifetime, and is the among the ultimate expression of true true prosperity.
