Smile at Failure

Before you overcome failure, you must know that it's not a person, it is only an event. It happens to everyone and what matters is how you deal with it, whether quit or rise again.
I bet you can never smile when bombarded by criticisms especially at the beginning of your career where experiences are inadequate. Nobody wants to fail but one arises through not being afraid to fall. Defeat isn't the end of the rope; it's a stepping stone to victory. Make it your friend. Let Truly Rich Club tell you how.

Step 1. Equalize on failure
Failing at a job isn't failing as a person. It is only failing in one area instead of a total loss. Life has so much more to offer. This is a trial-and-error process. It doesn’t mean that you'll never get there (success); this indicates that you are not there yet. You will truly be a failure if you lose your confidence and become depressed. Do not avoid failure because it is part of the success cycle.

Step 2. Dig into the cause
Will it be hard to face the truth? Truth hurts but it is the only method one can learn and rise again. If you look at yourself, be objective so you'll be free of prejudices. It is actually hard for some individuals to just accept what’s wrong with them. They have a tendency to blame it on others and look what’s wrong in the world.

Step 3. Do not fear failure
Improve your outlook on failure. Don't see failure as a disappointment instead as an opportunity to improve yourself. Assess your skills and strategize. It would help if you team up with others and have an achievable goal. Don't set your standards too high so you will avoid disappointment. Have a sense of humor, laugh it out since you are not perfect and it is not a way of measuring success.

Step 4. Prepare for failure
Never expect failure but try to anticipate it if this occurs by knowing what course of action to take. It is acceptable to fail for in failure you will grow. These are road signs that will direct you to the right path. When it comes, do you abandon your post? Will you instantly quit? Analyze why you failed and extract the lessons learned. This will be useful in your next endeavor.
Step 5. Avoid repeating the same
If you are not performing well doing something, then perhaps there will be something else you might be better at that can help you reach your potential. Reach your goal another way. It is a common truth that nobody is good at all types of talents. Find out where you are really good at then use it to your benefit.
Make effective decisions by collectively asking for comments, suggestions and opinions of others. However, do not ask others to make decisions for you. Truly Rich Club insists that final decision will always be yours. It’s your life!
Failure is not an enemy. It is one of the greatest secrets of success. Smile & Embrace it.
